Information in this website is correct at time of publishing.
All prices include VAT and are correct at the time they are published. It will be necessary from time to time to alter individual prices and either increase or decrease them accordingly.
The Stated Manufacturers recommended Retail Price (Man. Rec. price) is the price recommended for sale by our suppliers and we can provide written confirmation from our suppliers on request.
All items sold are quality control tested by our suppliers are fit for the purpose for which they are sold. Luggage retailers and suppliers cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or 3rd party handling.
Some products may not be completely colour fast. these items will be clearly labelled as such.
Items describes as leather are manufactured with leather being the main material used, however, there may be other materials used to strengthen or hold the shape as required.
These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights.

Promotion codes can only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. All offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw offers/promotions at any time.

The offer code used must be valid and within its live dates. We cannot apply offers without this code, or add them to your order at a later date.
We are unable to amend orders or add any discount codes once the order has been placed.

Our Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the item with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.
It can take up to 14 days from you returning the item(s) to receive your refund, but if you return your order directly to a Bags ETC or DOMO shop we'll process your refund immediately (though it can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you).

  • Please return the unused product to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. This includes Clearance and Price Match items.
  • If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we'd like this to be within 28 days of purchase.
  • Ordinarily if you have your receipt or delivery note we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.
  • It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a resalable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.
  • Where a product has been made to measure or personalised for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Return of unwanted items outside UK Mainland to be arranged by customer
